No Hacking!
This includes xray, easyplace, and freecam, as it offers an unfair advantage. Mods like fullbright, minimaps, and inventory sorters are allowed.Be respectful of other builds!
NO GRIEFING/STEALING! When building in an area, please build at least 200+ blocks away from each other unless you've gotten permission from whoever lives there!Auto Farm Rules
Please do not build a 10k an hour item farm, it has the potential to lag out the server! No entity cramming. This includes villager breeders. All Villager breeders MUST have an off switch!No Massive Auto Sorters!
Please keep auto sorters limited to 64 items, and when possible, cover hoppers with composters!

Shopping Districts:

Two built shops per person
You can have up to 3 villager shop eggs, but only 2 built shops in the shopping district! You can have multiple villagers per shop.3 Month Inactivity
If you are inactive for 3 months, your shop is at risk for removal! Heads, banners, and maparts will be returned to you. Any items in removed shops will go into expired storage which you can pick up at any time with /vm expiredstorageEmpty Shops
Empty shops are at risk for removal if not restocked within 2 weeks!2 block distance!
Please leave at least 2 blocks between other players shops! This includes basements. Do not have a giant basement going under multiple people's shops, or onto empty plots where someone might want a basement.Only Shops In the shopping District!
Please do not build a base/farm here, it will be removed.
